Frist the tv has an awesome picture and the functionalities work great. The problem comes in registration with Samsung, they don't recognize the S/N. I called iElectrica and the gentleman told me that they registered the tv. That is puzzling to me because I thought I the buyer was supposed to register the tv. The other problem, why dose Ebay's order detail page show incomplete delivery information. I contacted Ebay but nothing changed. But it's a great TV

This relates only to the sale and delivery of the Samsung 55” s95c TV as it has not been set up yet. This is a fantastic deal, with the purchase price well below market, yet purportedly brand new with US warranty. The seller’s communications were excellent throughout the delivery process and the set arrived in pristine condition. This same TV was $3,000 from Costco and Best Buy. I found it through ielectrica, brand new on eBay for $1,800. The TV was new, delivery was great and it works as advertised. I am very happy with this transaction. Also the guys who delivered it, took it out of the box, plugged in and verified that it was working and undamaged, which was nice.
